We value your relationship with us and we trust you, so we offer a refund policy with the following details

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of DataValley Technologies and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. DataValley Technologies will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

Refund will be issued within 7-days of the service activation, and access provided to the users; after that refund will not be possible.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
